Karman Bag table lamp

Karman Bag is a ceramic table lamp designed by Baldessari & Baldessari for Karman, introduced in 2018 as an original and poetic reimagining of the domestic luminous object. Its most distinctive feature is a metal hook handle, which allows it to rest naturally on surfaces and furniture as if casually set down like a bag. Available in a glossy white or bronze finish, with either a smooth or textured surface, Bag combines ceramic craftsmanship and contemporary design into an object that effortlessly becomes the focal point of any interior.

Thanks to its aesthetic versatility, Bag suits characterful spaces with ease: it is ideal as a bedside light in the bedroom, on a desk in the office, or on a side table in the living room. The light emission is diffused and direct, softened by an internal panel inside the diffuser that creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The lamp is designed for LED sources with an E26-E27 lampholder, with a maximum power of 5 W, and operates on a universal voltage of 100-240 V (insulation class I, IP20). The bulb is not included: a milky white E27 bulb measuring Ø45x73mm is recommended. The lamp measures Ø 21 x 22 cm and weighs 3.5 kg, reflecting the solidity and quality of its ceramic construction. Bag is also available as a floor lamp and suspension, allowing for a cohesive and distinctive lighting project throughout the home.
