Ingo Maurer's 24 Karat Blau, designed by Axel Schmid, is the iconic pendant lamp in the collection. Made with four acrylic shades containing authentic hand-hammered gold leaf, it offers a unique lighting effect: short-wave blue light filters through the layers of gold, while yellow-gold light is reflected, creating a warm and precious atmosphere. Each lampshade can be positioned vertically or horizontally on the red cross of the rod, allowing for customised compositions.
