Ingo Maurer's 24 Karat Blau, designed by Axel Schmid, is the iconic pendant lamp in the collection. Made with four acrylic shades containing authentic hand-hammered gold leaf, it offers a unique lighting effect: short-wave blue light filters through the layers of gold, while yellow-gold light is reflected, creating a warm and precious atmosphere. Each lampshade can be positioned vertically or horizontally on the red cross of the rod, allowing for customised compositions. The contrasts between gold, red and blue enhance the artistic character of the lamp. The series is modular and can be expanded with the 24 Karat Blau M set to create
