The 24 Karat Blau floor lamp by Ingo Maurer is a unique piece of design that combines technology and craftsmanship. The metal structure supports eight lampshades made in Japan using an exclusive process: a very thin gold leaf is hand-modelled inside acrylic glass sheets. This innovative technique allows only short-wave blue light to pass through the layers of gold, while yellow-gold light is reflected, creating a striking lighting effect even with filament LED sources. The 200 cm red cable, equipped with a pull switch on the plug, adds a touch of character. With its generous dimensions (53 × 53 × 167 cm), this floor lamp stands out as a striking and refined element in living rooms, contract spaces or creative environments.
