The Rubber 3D Optic is a next-generation professional LED strip designed for architectural and decorative applications that require high luminous precision even in complex spaces. Equipped with an optical system custom-developed by Linea Light Group's R&D department, this solution stands out for its ability to adapt perfectly to the small size of the circuit and the stresses caused by flexibility and tight curvatures. Thanks to TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optical technology, Rubber 3D Optic ensures a directional and clean light emission, eliminating unwanted secondary beams. This enables the highest level of wall grazing effect, ideal for enhancing walls, facades, structural details and vertical surfaces with precise and controlled grazing light. The optic, placed with extreme precision on the LED chip, is stabilized by casting polyurethane resin, which completely encapsulates it, making it an integral part of the flexible strip body. This process not only improves the robustness of the product, but also ensures consistent lighting performance over time, even in complex installations.
