Gufram Pratone Forever decorative seat

Pratone Forever by Gufram was created in 2021 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of the absolute icons of Italian radical design. A contemporary evolution of the legendary Pratone designed by Ceretti, Derossi and Rosso, this version preserves the surreal and irreverent oversized grass-blade aesthetic while reinterpreting it through materials and proportions designed for modern interiors.

Upholstered in soft stretch wool bouclé fabric, Pratone Forever offers excellent durability and a more comfortable, welcoming seating experience. Reduced in size by 30% compared to the original model, it is easier to place in both residential and contract environments while maintaining the project’s extraordinary visual impact. Available in the three shades Green, Greener and Greenest, each piece is hand-finished and features subtle variations that emphasize its uniqueness.

The iconic “PRATONE” signature remains visible on the base: while engraved directly into the polyurethane in the original edition, here it is screen-printed in black on the fabric, preserving the authentic and recognizable character of the original Gufram project.
