Gufram Bocca Dark Lady is a Limited Edition of the iconic sofa-sculpture by Gufram, crafted in polyurethane and defined by its unmistakable lip-shaped form. As the phrase that accompanies the piece reads: "The secret of its natural beauty lies in the fact that its two corners are slightly different, exactly as human lips would be." Originally created to fulfil a private commission, Bocca draws inspiration from Dalí's 1935 Portrait of Mae West and the allure of Hollywood stars, with a pop DNA that Gufram first brought to life in 1970.

In this Dark Lady version, dated 2008, the sofa takes on a rock and gothic character: the glossy black finish and the oversized piercing accessory on the left — removable — amplify its rebellious and transgressive spirit.
