Foscarini Twiggy Grid led suspension lamp

Twiggy Grid, an outdoor suspension lamp, elegantly filters light with its woven surface, creating an evocative play of transparencies and a harmonious dialogue with outdoor furniture. Designed to emit light directly downward, the diffuser is hand-finished and liquid-painted, complemented by an additional layer of ribbon that finishes the edges. In the center, a laser-etched transparent PMMA sheet captures and evenly diffuses light generated by multichip LEDs positioned around the perimeter of the aluminum frame, which also acts as a heat sink. An opal PMMA disc further shields the light, providing soft, well-distributed illumination.

The structure is supported by three stainless steel cables and a black neoprene-coated electrical cable that is resistant to outdoor conditions. The ceiling rosette has a galvanized metal bracket and a polyester powder-coated metal cover to ensure durability even in the presence of UV rays, weather and chemicals.
