Foscarini Hoba suspension lamp

The Hoba suspension lamp, with its diffused light, is inspired by the eponymous meteorite discovered in Namibia in 1920, characterized by an asymmetrical and irregular shape that accentuates its uniqueness. The diffuser is made of mouth-blown opal glass, treated with a careful acidifying procedure. The technique of blowing glass, not rotated in an open mold, allows you to obtain slightly different shapes from one lamp to another, making each piece unique. Although part of a series collection, each lamp retains the charm and imperfection typical of handmade products.

The light it emits is warm and enveloping, ideal to illuminate any room with elegance, either alone or in compositions that make use of the different sizes available. The small and midi version are equipped with a freestanding cable, while the medium and large versions use a steel cable with transparent electric cable, to ensure a stable and refined suspension.

*Lamp variants with a suspension cable length of 10 meters are also available upon request.
