Foscarini Big Bang led suspension lamp

Foscarini Big Bang is a LED suspension lamp of striking scenic impact, designed by Enrico Franzolini and Vincente Garcia Jimenez for Foscarini. Its luminous body is formed by six translucent methacrylate sheets that interlock with precision, creating a dynamic volume rich in contrasts between light and shadow, with a strong plastic and architectural character. A powder-coated aluminum plate houses the light source, delivering direct downward light and diffused ambient illumination. Two steel suspension cables, a transparent electrical cable and a rosette with painted metal cover complete the structure. The integrated LED version — also available in On-Off or Push/DALI configuration — provides 37W with a luminous flux of 3260 lm and a colour rendering index above 90, ensuring outstanding light quality. The diffuser measures H630 × ØD900 mm, for an imposing and unmistakable visual presence.

With its 900 mm diameter, Big Bang is designed to command generous, statement spaces where lighting becomes an autonomous design element. It is the ideal choice for a design-led living room, contract environments or contemporary residential spaces seeking a suspended centrepiece that redefines the perception of the room. On request, a version with a 10-metre cable or in the red finish is available, subject to availability.
