Fontana Arte Uovo battery led table lamp

Fontana Arte Uovo is an LED battery-powered table lamp that reinterprets a true icon of Italian design in a contemporary key. Originally designed in 1972 by Ben Swildens and relaunched in its rechargeable version at Euroluce 2023, Uovo takes its name from the natural shape that has always symbolised perfection: a harmonious balance between symmetry and asymmetry enclosed within a white satin blown-glass shell. The integrated dimmable 2.2 W LED, delivering a luminous flux of 250 lm, diffuses a warm and enveloping light with remarkable uniformity.

Essential and surprising, Uovo is a portable lamp designed to suit any setting, both indoors and outdoors, thanks to its IP54 protection rating, which makes it resistant to the elements. With an autonomy of 8 hours at full power and a charging system compatible with voltages from 100–240 V, it can be placed freely in the living room, on the terrace or in any other corner of the home without any cabling constraints.
