Fontana Arte TOUR is an iconic decorative glass table designed by Gae Aulenti for FontanaArte, one of the most celebrated pieces in twentieth-century Italian design. Inspired by an industrial cart used at the Fontana Arte headquarters to transport glass sheets, TOUR transforms a purely functional object into an extraordinary design piece: the traditional legs are replaced by four bicycle wheels complete with chrome forks and solid rubber tires, while the top is crafted from 15 mm thick ground tempered glass, secured to the wheels with four stainless steel plates.

Created in 1993 as an evolution of the renowned Table with Wheels from 1980, TOUR is the most refined expression of Gae Aulenti's intuitive design vision, blending functionality with sculptural presence. The wheels pivot 360°, allowing effortless repositioning in any direction.
