Fontana Arte Thalea 2 Cold is an elegant and sophisticated suspension lamp, born from the collaboration between designers Paolo Rizzatto and Francesco Librizzi for FontanaArte. The composition echoes the ordered beauty of Renaissance art, reinterpreted in a contemporary key through an innovative central joint that allows a scenic and dynamic configuration. The aluminium structure supports diffusers crafted in green-blue coloured glass, creating a refined interplay of transparencies and reflections that elevates this lamp to a true luminous art object.

The indirect and enveloping light is emitted by an integrated 20 W LED source, with a colour temperature of 2700 K (warm white) and a colour rendering index greater than 90, ensuring a faithful and natural rendering of the surrounding environment. Dimming is managed via the DALI system, which provides precise and versatile control over light intensity, while the universal input voltage of 100–240 V ensures compatibility worldwide. The IP20 protection rating confirms its suitability for indoor use. The cable reaches a maximum length of 3000 mm, with an upper diffuser height of 150 mm and a lower diffuser height of 400 mm; the total diameter is 320 mm and the included canopy measures 200 mm in diameter.
