Sillaba by FontanaArte is a ceiling lamp that embodies the essential elegance of Italian design. Designed by Piero Castiglioni in 1988, it stands out for its pure lines and harmonious proportions. The structure in matte black or polished chrome-plated metal supports a refined diffuser in white satin-finish blown glass, which emits a soft, enveloping light thanks to its diffused emission that fills the space with warmth and discretion. The plug-in ceiling rose is included, while the bulb is not supplied.

Sillaba adapts naturally to both residential and commercial settings, making it an ideal choice for the living room, the kitchen or the bedroom, whether installed individually or in multiple compositions above tables, counters, or worktops. The lamp is available in three diffuser variants: the Small version (Ø 9x7 cm) uses a G4 12V light source up to 20W; the Medium (Ø 12x9 cm) and Large (Ø 14x9 cm) versions use a GY6.35 12V socket up to 50W. All three configurations are compatible with LED light sources, operate at 100–240V / 12V, are dimmable and rated Class II, with a protection degree of IP20 for indoor use.
