Fontana Arte Setareh Medium led suspension lamp

Setareh Medium by FontanaArte is a LED suspension lamp designed by Francesco Librizzi, a Sicilian architect based in Milan, marking his first collaboration with the iconic Italian brand. The project was born from the idea of giving physical form to light: a sphere in satin opal blown glass is suspended within a delicate galvanized metal structure, creating an interplay of masses and circular trajectories that produces a balanced composition of gravitational dynamics. A painted metal disc and a steel suspension cable complete a design of extraordinary poetic grace, available in the colour combinations black/white and shiny gold/white.

Setareh Medium expresses itself best in architecturally generous environments — double-height spaces, grand halls and prestigious settings — where its scenographic presence is fully appreciated. Its refined elegance is equally at home in a high-quality living room or in residential contexts where light becomes an architectural element. The reflections of the metal frame make the luminous field visible, casting a diffused aura around the sphere. The Medium version, with a diameter of 650 mm and a body height of 545 mm, works beautifully as a standalone fixture or as part of a multiple installation: Setareh is conceived to be multiplied, creating luminous firmaments, as suggested by its name — meaning "star" in ancient Farsi. The integrated 12 W LED source emits light at a colour temperature of 2700 K (warm white) with a CRI greater than 80, ensuring a natural and enveloping light output. The 1/10 Volt dimming system allows precise control of light intensity, adapting the atmosphere to any occasion. The driver is compatible with voltages from 100–240 V, making it suitable for all major international standards (EU, USA, UK, Australia, Japan). The black power cord measures 2500 mm, for a total installation height of up to 3199 mm. The degree of protection is IP20, with insulation class III.
