Fontana Arte Setareh Large led suspension lamp

This is the name of the family of lighting fixtures that Francesco Librizzi, a young Sicilian architect based in Milan, signs for the first time for FontanaArte. Setareh was born from the theme of giving body to light. The lamp is composed of a sphere magically suspended within a thin metal structure. A game of masses and circular trajectories generates a balanced design of gravitational dynamics. The light emanating from the sphere spreads over the surrounding space and irradiates the frame. The reflections of the metal make visible the light field, the space influenced by the light, its aura. The result is a collection of luminaires, declined in the table and suspension version, of extraordinary poetic grace. Setareh takes on a new dimension: elongated with two and three luminous spheres, to work both individually and by multiplication. Its vocation is that of large spaces, double heights and architectures that can also accommodate large compositions of several elements. A firmament of Setareh, a star from the ancient Farsi language.
