Fontana Arte Optunia led table lamp

Optunia is the LED table lamp by FontanaArte, designed in 2017 by the Swedish design trio Claesson Koivisto Rune. Its painted metal structure supports two circular diffusers in internally painted acid-etched moulded glass, each independently adjustable through approximately 360°, giving the lamp a distinctive visual identity — inspired, as the name suggests, by the shape of the Opuntia ficus-indica, the prickly pear cactus. Thanks to its direct and indirect light emission, Optunia modulates the atmosphere of any space with remarkable versatility.

Optunia is the ideal choice for desks, work tables and side tables in residential and retail settings, as well as for office and living room environments that call for a lighting solution that is both functional and aesthetically refined. The integrated 15 W LED system, with a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) and a luminous flux of 1950 lm, ensures outstanding colour rendering with a CRI greater than 90 and an energy efficiency class of A. The dimmable function — complete with dimmer, cable and plug in matching black — allows the light intensity to be adjusted freely to suit any moment of the day. The universal 100–240 V input voltage, combined with an interchangeable plug available in UK, USA, EU and China formats, makes Optunia suitable for any international context. Available in Dark Quartz Bronze, Mirrored Chrome Black and Matt White finishes, with dimensions of Ø 13 × 24 cm and an IP20 protection rating for indoor use only.
