Fontana Arte Igloo suspension led lamp

Igloo by FontanaArte is a LED suspension lamp designed by Studio Klass in 2014, conceived as a modular system that can grow and evolve over time. The version presented here features five horizontal diffusers in screen-printed opal polymer, available in light grey or dark grey, offering a contemporary aesthetic that combines formal precision with visual dynamism. Light emission is direct, with a total power of 50 W distributed across five integrated LED sources, at a colour temperature of 2700 K warm white and a colour rendering index of CRI80. The lamp is dimmable via phase-cut technology (trailing edge/leading edge), providing full flexibility in light intensity control.

Igloo is designed for high-end contract and residential settings, making it an ideal choice for office spaces, meeting rooms, hotels and retail environments, as well as for the living room. The steel suspension cable extends up to 250 cm, while the power cable is transparent for a clean, minimal visual result. The polycarbonate canopy is included. Each diffuser can operate as a downlight or uplight depending on installation requirements, making Igloo a versatile system adaptable to linear compositions of great visual impact. The overall dimensions of the five-element version are 110 × 17.5 cm. With energy efficiency class A, Class II insulation and IP20 protection rating, Igloo combines contemporary design with reliable technical performance for indoor illumination.
