Fontana Arte Flute Triple LED Suspension Lamp

Fontana Arte Flute Triple is a LED suspension lamp designed by Franco Raggi in 1991, now regarded as one of the icons of contemporary Italian design. Its cone-shaped structure houses the reflector, allowing light to be reflected within the form and distributed directly downward. The three diffusers are crafted in transparent borosilicate glass, paired with polished chromed aluminium reflectors and a chromed metal support, creating a composition that embodies timeless elegance and visual lightness. The load-bearing channel is in polished anodised aluminium, while transparent power cables ensure a clean, uninterrupted aesthetic.

With its horizontal proportions — 130 cm in width and three light sources distributed along the bar — the Flute Triple is ideally suited to illuminating dining tables, kitchen islands and spacious living areas. It is an outstanding choice for the living room or a design-led kitchen, where light quality and aesthetic coherence are essential. Each 10 W LED source emits light at 2700 K (warm white) with a CRI 80 colour rendering index, producing warm, enveloping illumination that enhances materials and surfaces. The system is phase-cut dimmable, enabling precise control over light intensity to suit any occasion. Compatible with voltages from 100 to 240 V (EU, USA, UK, AUS, JAP) and rated IP20 for indoor use, the suspension is adjustable up to a maximum of 180 cm. The canopy and LED light source are both included. In 2001, the Flute lamp was selected for the Compasso d'Oro Award and received the Marie Claire Diploma VI Prix d'excellence, prestigious recognitions that confirm its significance in the history of design.
