Flute by FontanaArte is a glass suspension lamp designed by Franco Raggi in 1991, now one of the enduring icons of contemporary Italian design. Its cone-shaped structure, crafted in transparent borosilicate glass, houses a galvanized metal reflector that channels light in a direct downward emission, blending formal elegance with functional precision. In 2001, Flute was selected for the Compasso d'Oro Award and received the Marie Claire Diploma VI Prix d'excellence — prestigious recognitions that confirm its lasting aesthetic and design value.

Thanks to its refined silhouette and the visual lightness of the glass diffuser, Flute integrates seamlessly into sophisticated domestic settings, making it an ideal choice for a design-conscious living room or a carefully curated bedroom. The lamp features an LED light source with E26-E27 lampholder (bulb not included, max 70W) and is compatible with phase-cut dimming systems when used with dimmable bulbs. The transparent power cable and the included chrome polycarbonate canopy complete the fitting, with an adjustable suspension length of up to 200 cm. The IP20 protection rating designates it for indoor use. Dimensions are Ø 18 × 37 cm and the lamp operates on voltages from 100 to 240 V.
