Fontana Arte Cheshire Suspension Lamp

Fontana Arte Cheshire is a suspension lamp of pure and elegant design, created by the designer duo GamFratesi for FontanaArte. The name draws inspiration from Lewis Carroll's famous Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland: the image of the cat in quiet expectation gives birth to the diffuser's curved, enveloping form, featuring a double polycarbonate shade and a painted metal frame. The upper diffuser is available in painted black or white polycarbonate, while the lower diffuser is made of opal polycarbonate, designed to produce a soft, indirect upward light emission.

Thanks to its indirect light emission and sculptural character, Cheshire blends naturally into refined and contemporary interiors. It is an ideal choice for the living room or the bedroom, where the quality of light plays a key role in defining the atmosphere. The lamp accommodates 3 E26-E27 lampholders for LED light sources, with a 300 cm fabric power cord and an included ceiling canopy. With a diameter of 350 mm and a total height of 340 mm, its compact yet scenic proportions make it suitable for standard ceiling heights as well as high-end residential spaces. Compatibility with voltages from 100-240 V makes it suitable for worldwide use, while the IP40 protection rating confirms its use in indoor environments. Bulbs are not included and the lamp is not dimmable.
