Flos ZERO TRACK PRO surface track profile 24V is the electromechanical profile developed by Flos Architectural for surface-mounted track lighting systems, designed for ceiling or wall installation. Crafted in extruded aluminium, the profile stands out for its remarkably compact cross-section — 105 mm in height and 115 mm in width — and its rigorously minimalist aesthetic, which integrates discreetly into any architectural setting. Available in lengths of 1 or 2 metres and in five finishes — White, Black, Copper, Steel and Bronze — the profile adapts with exceptional versatility to both high-end residential and professional projects.

Thanks to its compatibility with professional control protocols, Zero Track Pro enables point-to-point management of individual luminaires, making it the ideal choice for spaces that demand sophisticated, customisable lighting scenarios. The profile is perfectly suited to living room settings, showrooms, retail environments and premium residential interiors. The system operates at 24V DC, with a maximum current of 8A and a maximum system power of 192W, limited to a maximum of 10 metres and 10 interconnections. Power can be supplied via a surface-mounted Power Supply Driver or a remote power source, both available as separate accessories. For 1-10V dimming control, an active control system (SOURCE) with direct connection of the data bus to the profile is required; a maximum of 25 luminaires can be connected to the same control, each requiring no more than 2 mA.

Fastening is achieved using specific screws and wall plugs supplied with the profile. The initial feed connector allows cable entry from both the top and the rear, while intermediate connectors provide cable entry from the top only. To create complex layout configurations, separately available accessories include "L", "T" and "X" shaped mechanical power connectors, a linear electrical connector for joining two track segments at the same level, and a 90° electromechanical angle connector for joining profile segments at different levels (ceiling-to-wall and wall-to-wall indoors). The profile is rated IP20 for indoor use only and belongs to Insulation Class III. The built-in dimmability function allows precise regulation of light output, adapting the illumination to varying scenic and functional requirements.

Optical systems compatible with Zero Track Pro include Find Me 0, Find Me 1, Find Me 2, Find Me 1 Suspension, Light Shadow Spot 30, Light Shadow Spot 45, Atom 90, Atom 120, Atom 200, Magic Stick and Light Stripe, all available in dedicated versions for this system. All optical systems, feed connectors, intermediate connectors, end caps and other connection elements must be ordered separately.
