Flos Soft Spun Large Recessed Wall Lamp

Flos Soft Spun Large is a recessed wall lamp with an exceptionally minimal design, crafted entirely in plaster with an opal glass diffuser. Its form is deliberately conceived as a half-element: once installed, the lamp appears to emerge from the wall itself, generating an astonishing scenic effect of great visual impact. The plaster finish allows it to be painted in the same colour as the wall, blending seamlessly into the environment and reducing the visual presence of the fitting to a minimum.

With its generous dimensions — structure height 2000 mm, width 800 mm, depth 250 mm — Soft Spun Large is ideal for enhancing large, refined spaces such as the living room, the bedroom, or prestigious contract interiors. Installation is semi-recessed and exclusively on plasterboard walls, made possible by the innovative Under-Cover composite technology that combines lightness with high structural resistance. The LED version integrates a 35W source delivering 1800 lm at 3000K with a CRI90 colour rendering index in the diffuser, plus an additional 1.4W LED in the base; the fluorescent version uses a 24W 2G11 TC-L fitting, while the halogen version accepts up to 160W with an R7s QT-DE socket. The lamp operates at 220–240 V, includes an integrated driver and achieves a protection rating of IP20.
