Flos Skynest C led ceiling lamp

Skynest, a creation by the Marcel Wanders studio for Flos obtained by weaving filaments of light thus perfectly combining elegance and technical innovation. Skynest has a central soul with a light that is not emitted by a bulb or an LED card but by the elements that make up the structure of the lampshade: LED strips covered in fabric. Delicate textile tubes, integrated with LED lights, are intertwined throughout the lamp design creating a unique surprise element that challenges the bulb lighting archetype. This wonderfully innovative lamp is available in four different colours. In addition, the fabric used for Skynest comes from recycled polyester and is completely recyclable. The micro connectors allow the replacement of each individual light source. The lamp is completely disassembled for repairs, replacement and proper recycling.

Skynest C is made up of a total of 72 fabric elements, 24 of which with a flexible LED strip that emits perfect light without "dots" and can be completely replaced at the end of their life. The lamp electronics are located on the top (possibility to set the dimmer to 1-10V, DALI or Push). It is suitable for all environments as its structure is delicate but of great presence in spaces, such as living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, indoor areas not only residential but also artistic, retail and commercial with different designs.
