Description
The Stylos external diffuser (code RF6330000) is the official replacement part designed for the iconic Flos “Stylos” floor lamp originally created by Achille Castiglioni. This diffuser replaces the tall cylindrical PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) tube that acts as the lamp’s main light-diffusing element.
Made from high-quality transparent or translucent material (depending on version), the diffuser is engineered to deliver the same soft, uniform light distribution that characterizes the classic Stylos design. Its smooth surface ensures gentle ambient illumination without glare, preserving the elegant and minimalist appearance of the lamp.
With a weight of 5.9 kg, this replacement diffuser is a substantial and durable component. It allows you to restore the lamp to its original aesthetic and lighting performance in the event of damage, yellowing, or wear to the original tube.
Installation should be carried out with care: as with all lighting products, it is recommended to disconnect power before any intervention, and ideally, have installation performed by a qualified technician.
