Flos Overlap S2 Suspension Pendant Lamp E27

Flos Overlap S2 is a designer suspension pendant lamp by Flos, conceived as a luminous sculpture formed by two steel rings intersected at right angles and coated using the iconic cocoon technique — a resin sprayed directly onto the structure to create an organic, enveloping diffuser, finished with a transparent protective layer applied by spraying at the end of the process. The lamp ring is stamped steel with a polished gold-plated galvanic finish, as is the die-cast Zama ceiling rose. The lamp accommodates 2 E26/E27 light sources, compatible with LED or halogen technology up to 150 W total, with universal voltage 100–240 V suitable for all major international standards.

Overlap S2 is a captivating object in which the two rings press against the diffuser membranes, leaving the space at their intersection undefined and inviting the imagination to complete its geometry.
