Flos Light Shadow Surface 4 Square LED Cubic Downlight

Light Shadow Surface 4 Square is the Flos Architectural surface-mounted cubic LED downlight, a compact architectural lighting solution measuring just 95 mm in height and 83 × 83 mm at the base, engineered to blend seamlessly into ceilings and structural elements. The proprietary Light Shadow technology provides complete screening of the light source, enabling near-zenith positioning without generating glare, achieving a UGR value below 10. The cubic body houses four spots with an integrated LED source rated at 10 W, powered by a constant current of 900 mA, with a built-in driver and 220–240 V power supply.

This surface ceiling downlight is designed for environments where light quality and architectural integration are paramount — an outstanding choice for office spaces, retail settings, exhibition areas and high-end residential projects. The direct emission at 3000 K warm white combined with a CRI 90 colour rendering index delivers faithful colour reproduction and a refined, enveloping atmosphere suitable for both accent and general lighting. Dimming is managed via the DALI system, offering precise and scenographically flexible control of light intensity. The beam angle is available in Medium 22° or Flood 33° optics to suit different design requirements. The fixture carries an IP20 rating for indoor use and meets Insulation Class I standards. Additional configurations are available on request: 2700 K colour temperature, non-dimmable or Mains dimming versions, Spot 10° and Wide Flood 45° optics, and a 110 V variant.
