Flos Light Shadow Fixed No Trim 12 is a recessed LED spotlight by Flos Architectural, engineered to deliver high-precision, low-glare illumination with seamless architectural integration. The body is crafted in aluminium with an ultra-compact profile — 420 mm wide and just 34 mm deep — enabling recessed installation even where ceiling depth is severely limited. The No Trim version is specifically designed for installation in plasterboard panels up to 12.5 mm thick, disappearing entirely into the surface without any visible frame.

Light Shadow is built around a patented optical technology developed by Flos Architectural, delivering a 45-degree cut-off that eliminates glare even at near-zenith positions. This makes it an ideal solution for environments where visual comfort and lighting quality are paramount, such as the office, exhibition spaces, and refined residential settings including the living room and bedroom. The fixture integrates 12 LED light sources with an absorbed power of 32 W and a fixed symmetric optic with a medium 22° beam angle, concentrating light with precision onto specific surfaces or objects. A CRI 90 colour rendering index ensures faithful, natural colour reproduction, essential in high-end architectural and commercial applications.

The DALI & Push dimming system enables precise control of light intensity, compatible with leading building automation platforms. The colour temperature can be selected between 2700K (luminous flux of 3240 lm) and 3000K (luminous flux of 3420 lm), allowing the lighting atmosphere to be tailored to each project. The driver is included, with remote power supply and compatibility with input voltages from 100 to 240 V. The IP55 protection rating extends its suitability to environments exposed to humidity. The required recessed mounting hole measures 51 x 436 mm. Please note that the pre-installation frame is mandatory for mounting and must be ordered separately as an accessory. Non-dimmable and Mains Dimming versions are available on request.
