Flos Light Shadow Fixed Trim 8 is a recessed LED spotlight by Flos Architectural, engineered to deliver low-glare lighting through a patented and unique optical system. Its aluminum body features an exceptionally compact profile — 42 mm wide, 55 mm deep, with a recessed cutout of just 37×282 mm — enabling seamless ceiling integration even where space is extremely limited, without compromising on light output. The optical design provides a 45-degree cut-off, allowing the fixture to be installed in a near-zenithal position without causing uncomfortable glare.

Thanks to its technical and aesthetic versatility, Light Shadow Fixed Trim 8 is suited to a wide range of architectural and commercial settings, from residential spaces such as the living room to exhibition areas and professional workspaces. The fixture features 8 integrated LED sources with an absorbed power of 21 W and a universal input voltage of 100–240 V. The fixed optic delivers a precise medium beam angle of 22°, making it ideal for accent lighting and highlighting surfaces or objects. A CRI 90 color rendering index ensures faithful and natural color reproduction, while the choice between 2700K (2160 lm) or 3000K (2280 lm) color temperatures allows the lighting atmosphere to be tailored to any project requirement. The DALI dimmable system provides full control over light intensity in professional installations, and the driver is included in the supply. An IP55 protection rating ensures resistance to dust and water splashes, extending the range of suitable environments to include those exposed to humidity. No pre-installation frame is required.
