Flos Glo-Ball S suspension lamp

Flos Glo-Ball S is the suspension lamp designed by Jasper Morrison for Flos, part of the iconic Glo-Ball collection introduced in 1998. The design perfectly embodies the British designer's philosophy, where form and function coexist in an essential and timeless balance. The spherical diffuser in mouth-blown flashed opal glass with acid-etched finish evokes the full moon through a soft and perfectly imperfect geometry, diffusing enveloping and relaxing light. The diffuser support is in glossy white painted stamped steel, the suspension cable is steel with a maximum length of 2700 mm, and the fiberglass-reinforced polyamide canopy is included.

Perfect above dining tables, kitchen islands, living areas and contemporary contract interiors, Glo-Ball S enhances the living room and the kitchen thanks to the luminous quality of its opal glass diffuser. The soft and uniform light creates welcoming and sophisticated atmospheres, making it ideal for both residential and hospitality projects. Available in the S1 version with Ø330 mm diffuser and 270 mm height, and the S2 version with Ø450 mm diffuser and 360 mm height, the lamp features an E26/E27 lampholder compatible with LED sources and a universal input voltage of 100–240 V. The Glo-Ball family also includes the F1, F3, W, C and WA variants, enabling coordinated solutions across suspension, floor, wall and ceiling applications.
