Flos Glo-Ball F1 floor lamp

Flos Glo-Ball F1 is a floor lamp designed by Jasper Morrison in 1998, born from an approach where form and function achieve an essential balance. The spherical diffuser in hand-blown, cased opal glass with an acid-etched outer finish evokes the quiet, enveloping presence of a full moon, spreading soft and diffused light that transcends passing trends. A threaded ring nut in die-cast aluminium alloy with galvanized finish and Alodine surface treatment ensures lasting protection, while the thick steel base and painted tubular steel stem provide robust structural integrity.

The F1 version is the more compact model in the collection, standing at a total height of 1350 mm with a 330 mm diameter diffuser. A step dimmer integrated into the power cable allows precise adjustment of light intensity. Compatibility with an E26-E27 lampholder, input voltage 100-240V and LED sources makes this lamp suitable for international use. Rated IP20 for indoor environments, the Glo-Ball F1 enhances any living room or bedroom, where the quality of light and formal purity become defining elements of the interior.
