Flos Climber 87 Up&Down is an outdoor wall lamp from the Flos Outdoor collection, designed in a bi-emission version to distribute light both upward and downward. The body is crafted from EN AB-47100 die-cast aluminum with a low copper content; the optics are set back at the bottom and protected by a shutter to minimize glare and maximize visual comfort. The glass diffusers are bonded to ensure waterproofing, while the surface undergoes a sandblasting treatment to promote adhesion of a double-layer QUALICOAT powder coating, which provides UV resistance and protection against oxidation.

Ideal for enhancing façades, entrances and outdoor spaces, the Climber 87 Up&Down integrates a 12 W LED source with a Spot 14° optic and an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for installation in environments exposed to the elements. The power supply is integrated and connection is made via an 80 mm neoprene cable stub exiting the lamp. It is available in 2700K (warm light, 2x329 lm) and 4000K (neutral light, 2x458 lm) colour temperatures, with a CRI80 colour rendering index. The compatible voltage ranges from 100 to 240 V, making it suitable for installations across Europe, Australia, the USA, the UK and Japan. Its compact dimensions — height 175 mm, width 87 mm, depth 71 mm — allow seamless integration on any vertical surface. The product is not dimmable in its standard version; the 3000K colour temperature, Flood 70° optics and dimmable version with 1-10V or DALI protocol are available on request.
