Flos Climber 87 Down is an outdoor wall lamp with a 7W LED light source, designed by Flos Outdoor for direct downward light emission. The body is crafted from die-cast aluminium EN AB-47100 with a low copper content; the optics are recessed at the bottom and shielded by a visor that minimises glare and maximises visual comfort. Glass diffusers are bonded in place to ensure complete waterproofing, while the surface undergoes a sandblasting treatment followed by a double-layer QUALICOAT powder coating, with additional UV and anti-oxidation protection.

Perfect for illuminating facades, pathways and outdoor spaces, the Climber 87 Down features a compact form — 175 mm high, 87 mm wide and 71 mm deep — and an IP65 protection rating that makes it fully suitable for continuous exposure to the elements. The standard version is equipped with a 14° Spot optic for a focused, precise beam, and includes an integrated driver with an 80 mm neoprene cable stub. The light temperature can be chosen between 2700K (warm white, 387 lm) and 4000K (neutral white, 451 lm), with a CRI80 colour rendering index. Compatible with an input voltage of 100–240 V, it is suitable for installation across all major international markets. On request, versions with 3000K colour temperature, Flood 70° optics, or dimming via 1-10V or DALI protocol are also available.
