Flos Caule Floor 1 outdoor lamp

Flos Caule Floor 1 is an outdoor floor lamp designed by Patricia Urquiola for Flos Outdoor, inspired by the botanical structure of a flower. The slender, gently curved stem rises from a wide circular base with understated elegance, while the head is available in two distinct versions: the Solid version, featuring a sandblasted glass screen that delivers soft, direct light through the recessed position of the source and dedicated lenses that prevent direct glare; and the Nest version, with a stainless steel metal mesh cover and a transparent methacrylate screen that envelops the optical unit, creating captivating plays of light and shadow after dark. The stem structure and base are crafted in stainless steel, while the head is made of die-cast aluminium, ensuring outstanding resistance to outdoor conditions.

With an IP66 protection rating, Caule Floor 1 is engineered for demanding outdoor settings, making it the perfect lighting choice for gardens and terraces where elegance and durability must coexist. The integrated 10 W LED source emits warm white light at 3000 K with a CRI 80 colour rendering index and a 52° beam angle with symmetrical light distribution, for precise, controlled illumination. The lamp is dimmable via a backlit foot switch with IP65 protection, allowing full ON/OFF control and smooth luminous flux adjustment. The 5-metre outdoor-rated power cable is supplied complete with an IP44 Schuko plug and an integrated driver, enabling quick and safe installation. Overall dimensions are: height 800 mm, width 300 mm, base diameter 500 mm. Caule Floor 1 is available in six finishes — Anthracite, Black, Deep Brown, Forest Green, Grey and White — to complement any architectural or landscaping context. Versions with a light temperature of 2700 K or 4000 K are available on request.
