Flos Caule Bollard 1 is an outdoor floor lamp designed by Patricia Urquiola for Flos Outdoor, part of the Caule collection inspired by the botanical structure of a flower. The slender, flexible stem is crafted in stainless steel, while the base and head are made of die-cast aluminium, materials chosen to ensure lasting resistance to outdoor conditions. The integrated 5W LED light source is housed in the head, and the driver is included for a complete, ready-to-use solution. The head is available in two distinct versions: the Monolite version, featuring a sandblasted glass screen, ensures high visual comfort by positioning the light source set back within the head and using dedicated lenses to control light emission and prevent direct glare; the Nest Cover version, with a transparent methacrylate screen enclosed in a stainless steel metal mesh, blends naturally into the surroundings during the day while creating unusual and fascinating plays of light and shadow at night.

The Caule Bollard 1 is an ideal choice for enhancing outdoor settings such as gardens, terraces, pathways and residential or contract environments, where aesthetic refinement meets high technical performance. With an IP66 protection rating and insulation class I, the lamp is built to withstand demanding weather conditions. A colour temperature of 3000K (warm white) and a CRI80 colour rendering index deliver pleasant, natural-looking light, with a 52° beam angle and symmetrical flood-type distribution. Dimming is managed via the DALI system, allowing precise control over light intensity. The universal input voltage ranges from 100 to 240V. Ground installation is achieved using anchors (not included; washers are included) or with the optional formwork accessory, available separately, which secures the base within the flooring while housing the electrical connection. The lamp is supplied with a 200 mm neoprene cable. Overall dimensions are: total height 800 mm, width 300 mm, base diameter 130 mm. Available in six finishes — Anthracite, Black, Dark Brown, Forest Green, Grey and White — and on request in 2700K and 4000K colour temperatures, as well as non-dimmable or 1-10V dimming versions.
