Flos Casting T 100 is an outdoor bollard designed by Vincent Van Duysen for Flos Outdoor, distinguished by its unmistakable T-shaped profile that conveys a pure architectural rigour. Crafted from extruded aluminium, with base and diffuser in EN AB-47100 die-cast aluminium with low copper content, the Casting T 100 combines structural solidity with refined formal simplicity. The glass diffuser is bonded directly to the heatsink to ensure water tightness, while the external coating meets the rigorous QUALICOAT standard: a double powder layer — the first epoxy-based for chemical and mechanical resistance, the second for UV and weathering protection — applied after sandblasting treatment. The product is supplied with a neoprene cable outlet.

Designed to enhance gardens, pathways, terraces and design-oriented outdoor spaces, the Casting T 100 stands out for its ability to translate light into a precise architectural gesture. The T-shaped form immediately reveals the direction of light emission: direct asymmetrical with a 50° beam angle, ideal for illuminating surfaces, walkways or planting elements with exceptional directional control. Elegant in its restraint, it integrates seamlessly into high-end residential and hospitality settings. Available in three height versions — 200 mm, 500 mm and 700 mm — with a consistent width of 100 mm, it adapts to a wide range of design and compositional requirements in outdoor environments. The 12 W LED source with a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) and a CRI 80 colour rendering index delivers warm, natural light, with an included driver and power supply compatible with voltages from 100–240 V for worldwide use. The IP65 protection rating and insulation class II ensure reliability and safety even in the most demanding weather conditions. To maximise the longevity of the fixture, it is recommended to install a surge protection device on the electrical system, calibrated to the specific characteristics of the installation, and to take care not to damage the surface finish during assembly and maintenance operations.
