Flos Casting C 100 outdoor bollard

When an architect like Vincent Van Duysen is involved in the design of gardens and exteriors, his response is consistent: he will only be able to create architecture. The C-profile model stands out with a clear structure in any environment. Its shape clearly reveals the desired direction of light.

Casting is made of extruded aluminium, with base and diffuser in EN AB-47100 die-cast aluminum with low copper content. The coating is highly resistant, in fact after a sandblasting treatment the external coating is applied with a double layer of powders according to the QUALICOAT standard. The first layer of epoxy powder gives chemical and mechanical resistance, the second layer ensures resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents. The diffuser is made of glass, glued to the heatsink of the product to ensure water tightness. Comes with neoprene cable outlet.

Casting C 100 has a width of 100mm, is complete with LED source and 110-240V power supply. Available in three different height versions: 200mm, 500mm, 700mm.

NOTE:

- The use of a connection system with a protection degree greater than or equal to the protection degree of the appliance is recommended.

- During assembly and maintenance of the appliances, particular attention must be paid not to damage the surface finish.

- LED luminaires can show faults attributable to electrical stresses which affect the relative insulation with the triggering of destructive electric discharges.

- These stresses can arise from:

• overvoltages coming from the electrical power supply network of the system/devices.
• overvoltages of electrostatic origin (ESD) coming from the environment.

- We recommend installing a surge protection device on the electrical system which attenuates the intensity of some of these phenomena, protecting the equipment from irreversible damage. The choice of the most suitable device must be calibrated based on the characteristics of the system.
