Andros by Faro Barcelona is a large-format ceiling fan — with a diameter of Ø 2130 mm — featuring six aerodynamic aluminium blades and a steel structure with a contemporary, minimalist design. Engineered to provide effective ventilation in rooms of at least 17.6 m², the Andros stands out for its low-consumption DC motor, which uses up to 70% less energy than conventional fans, with a power draw ranging from 4 to 35 W depending on the selected speed. Its six adjustable speeds — corresponding to 30, 41, 53, 64, 74 and 88 rpm — combined with an airflow of 406.40 m³/min (14,352 CFM), deliver high performance and precise thermal comfort control throughout the year.

Thanks to its reverse function, Andros can also be used in winter to improve heating efficiency by redistributing warm air from the ceiling downwards. The DC motor ensures rapid start-up, acceleration, deceleration and shutdown, with excellent speed responsiveness. The fan is also suitable for sloped ceilings, always remaining parallel to the surface for optimal comfort. The included remote control allows full management of all functions from a distance, and the Ø 150 mm canopy is provided in the box. Extension rods of 600, 900 or 1220 mm are available on request, to suit varying installation heights. With an IP20 protection rating and a compatible input voltage of 100–240 V (EU, AUS, USA, UK, JAP), Andros is designed for versatile and safe indoor use.
