Driade Vase Peaches Collection

The Peaches collection of ceramic objects, produced by Driade and designed by Lara Bohinc, is a capsule composed of two vases and a jewellery box with soft curves and voluptuous surfaces, a pure celebration of femininity. Each piece represents the female figure that finds expression in sensual semi-circles and harmonious lines.

Each object is named after one of the most influential women in history:

• Emmeline, the tall vase, is inspired by Emmeline Pankhurst, British activist and politician who led the suffragette movement in the United Kingdom;
• Hedy, the low vase, owes its name to Hedy Lamarr, an Austrian actress and inventor naturalised in the US who made science history by inventing the technology behind the modern wireless network;
• Amelia, the jewellery box, embodies the spirit of the American aviatrix Amelia Earhart, the first woman to circumnavigate the globe by air.
