Driade Hidalgo container bookcase

Driade Hidalgo is a vertical container bookcase with an unusual and eccentric design, a true expression of the Driade style for unique and original interior furnishings. More than a simple piece of furniture, Hidalgo is an extraordinary object that, despite its functionality, comes closer in presence and character to a sculpture. The irregularly shaped structure is crafted in wood and features three hinged doors with a push-pull opening system and fixed internal shelves, offering considerable internal storage capacity. Its dimensions — 199 cm in height, 148 cm in width and 48 cm in depth — make it a statement piece of strong visual impact.

Hidalgo is designed exclusively for indoor use and is ideal for adding character to a living room or private study. The exterior is available veneered with sliced wood in the Multilaminar Flamed and Multilaminar Striped Mosso finishes, or in a lacquered version offered in two variants: monochromatic lacquered in five different colours, or lacquered with a two-colour shaded effect in two different combinations. In all versions, the interior side is lined with black laminate in a soft finish. The unusual support structure is made from black painted steel tubing or, in the striped version, polished stainless steel, completing a formally consistent and highly refined design.
