Driade Ercole and Afrodite sideboard, bookcases and containers

Ercole e Afrodite by Driade, designed by DriadeLab, is a sculptural modular storage system for indoor use, decorated with bas-reliefs inspired by fragments of the human body and classical statuary. The module structure is made of lacquered blockboard, while the fronts are crafted from high-density polyurethane. The units rest on a poplar particleboard platform, internally reinforced with tubular steel and covered in oak.

This Driade storage unit combines practical storage, decorative art and contemporary design, creating a striking presence in the living room, dining area or study. It is available in Compositions 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9, which differ in the number, arrangement and type of modules. Depending on the selected configuration, it may include hinged doors, folding doors and pull-out drawers with an internal tray. The modules are 45 or 90 cm wide and are combined with 112 or 205 cm platforms; overall dimensions vary according to the composition, with a depth of approximately 60 cm and a height of up to approximately 111 cm. Finishes include white or black lacquer and, where available, a special platinum-coloured metallic version, paired with a bleached oak or grey-stained oak platform. Each configuration preserves the visual continuity of the distinctive anthropomorphic reliefs.
