DCW Iota Collection Cauvet table lamp

DCW Iota Cauvet Collection is a table lamp designed by Clément Cauvet for DCW, inspired by the Greek alphabet: its name and form recall the purity and essentiality of language, evoking the letter iota as a symbol of formal reduction and universality. The structure is crafted in concrete and steel, materials that lend the lamp a sculptural solidity — with a net weight of 7.2 kg — enhanced by a gold finish that harmonises with the rigorous geometry of the body.

Iota reveals its true refinement when light interacts with the surface of the object: the soft light glides along the edges, creating plays of shadow and reflection that transform the lamp into a luminous sculpture. Thanks to its diffused light emission and a colour temperature of 2700K (warm white), it creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for enriching a living room or a bedroom with a design-oriented character. The light source is an integrated 6.5 W LED delivering 660 lm, powered by a supplied integrated driver at 400 mA / 24V with dimensions of 80×45×45 mm. The lamp is dimmable, compatible with voltages from 100–240 V (EU, AUS, USA, UK, JAP), and features an IP20 rating for indoor use with insulation class II. A switch is included, the cable measures 2 m and the overall dimensions are 434 × 238 × 203 mm.
