DCW Chaumont suspension lamp

Chaumont by DCW Éditions is a suspension lamp and a faithful re-edition of a masterpiece of French design, originally created in 1964 by Marc Held, a leading figure in 20th-century design and architecture. Conceived for his Parisian apartment in the Buttes-Chaumont district, this lamp stands out for its refined balance between formal restraint and material elegance. Crafted in high-quality steel, it features a rigorous geometric structure that delivers a diffused and direct light emission, producing a clear and clean light effect. Every detail of the re-edition has been carefully considered, from the designer's engraved signature to full compatibility with modern technical requirements, including a dimmable function and support for LED E26-E27 light sources.

The Chaumont establishes itself as a true designer light, capable of enhancing spaces with a strong and deliberate aesthetic identity. It suits Haussmann-style interiors equally well as contemporary, minimalist or industrial settings, whether in a living room or a kitchen. The lamp is available in two sizes: the small version (D 150), with a Ø150 mm diffuser, height of 219 mm and a net weight of 1 kg, and the medium version (D 190), with a Ø190 mm diffuser, height of 280 mm and a net weight of 1.5 kg. Both versions come with a 3 m fabric cable and an included canopy with a Ø90 mm diameter. The structure is available in grey, green, yellow and white finishes, applied to both the body and the details, offering a total of sixteen colour combinations. The IP20 protection rating confirms its suitability for indoor use, while the Class II insulation and 220-240 V input voltage ensure full compatibility with European and international electrical systems. A CASAMBI or DALI version is available on request for integration into advanced lighting control systems.
