Scrittura Illeggibile di un popolo sconosciuto is a silkscreen print by Bruno Munari, created in 1984 and produced by Danese Milano as part of the Art Editions collection. The work originates from Munari's reflection on visual language and the aesthetic power of signs: fragments of imaginary writing are transformed into a graphic composition in which symbols operate not as linguistic elements, but as purely visual forms, conveying rhythm, structure and graphic balance.

The arrangement of vertical strips and abstract characters evokes the appearance of an ancient or unknown script, inviting the viewer to appreciate the expressive quality of signs beyond their literal meaning. A work of extraordinary conceptual refinement, it is an ideal choice for enhancing a living room or an office with a graphic presence of strong cultural identity. The print is available in two distinct chromatic versions: the Ochre version, a three-colour silkscreen print, and the White version, a four-colour silkscreen print, each emphasising different chromatic relationships while sharing the same conceptual structure. Both versions are printed on Dropjet paper 300 g/m² and measure 500 x 700 mm.
