Danese Milano La Volpe is a silkscreen print designed by Enzo Mari in 1965 and reissued in 2021 as part of the celebrated Nature Series. The series grew out of the iconographic research Mari developed in the early 1960s for the characters of the educational project Gioco delle Favole, with the aim of producing essential, instantly recognizable images. Executed as a 3-color silkscreen on 200 g/m² Dropjet paper, the work measures 700 x 500 mm and belongs to the Danese Milano Art Editions collection.

Each animal in the Nature Series is the result of an in-depth formal study, reducing shapes and colors to their most essential and symbolic expression. The fox emerges as an evocative and expressive figure, its posture and character defined with remarkable visual economy through minimal lines and flat color fields.
