Danese Milano I Volti, Uno silkscreen printing

I Volti, Uno is a silkscreen print by Mimmo Paladino, created in 2007 for Danese Milano as part of the Giocosa Mente series. The project was conceived as a visual tribute to Bruno Munari on the centenary of his birth, drawing inspiration from the eponymous moving-image artwork. With simple lines, vibrant colours and essential shapes, the composition transforms the human face into a playful and expressive graphic symbol, distilling extraordinary creative energy into a few bold strokes.

The work celebrates the spirit of experimentation and freedom that defined Munari's artistic and educational research, reinterpreted through Paladino's distinctive and material visual language. The print is available in two editions: a limited edition of 200 pieces, produced using a seven-colour silkscreen technique on Hahnemühle 300 g/m² paper, and a limited edition of 50 pieces, created with silkscreen printing and collage on Arches 640 g/m² paper, available on request only. The dimensions of the work are 700 × 500 mm. An autographed version is also available upon request, at an additional cost.
