Danese Milano I Volti, Quattro screen printing

I Volti, Quattro belongs to the Giocosa Mente series by Italian artist Mimmo Paladino, a project conceived to celebrate the centenary of Bruno Munari's birth. The works in this series take inspiration from the video Giocosa Mente, described as “a work made of moving images”, in which Paladino pays homage to Munari's playful and experimental approach to creativity.

The print depicts a simplified human profile defined by essential shapes and vibrant colour accents. Through minimal lines and bold graphic contrasts, Paladino evokes the expressive power of Munari's visual language, where play, imagination and intuitive forms become central elements of artistic research.

The work is produced as a three-colour silkscreen print and issued in a limited edition. Its simplicity and strong visual presence transform the image into a contemporary graphic icon that bridges art, design and visual communication.
