The limited edition Washington table lamp, designed in 1983 by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte for the French Embassy in Washington DC, is a perfect example of understated elegance and functionality. With its simple and refined lines, it fits harmoniously into any environment, from the living room at home to the office, offering a bright, directional light that can be easily dimmed thanks to the dimmer integrated in the fabric cable.
The design is characterised by the use of metal and brass, with a swivelling reflector attached to a cylindrical body, allowing the light beam to be adapted to specific needs. Two new limited edition versions are added this year: brushed copper and satin black nickel, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the lamp.
This creation, which combines aesthetics and practicality, is an object that not only furnishes but also adds a touch of class and modernity to any space.
