1) Warranty coverage

Products purchased on www.diffusioneshop.com are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against any lack of conformity, with assistance managed by Diffusione Luce in cooperation with the manufacturer.

The warranty starts from the delivery date of the product, with the possibility of extension only if explicitly provided and requested.

2) How to request warranty service

To request warranty assistance or information regarding a possible extension, please contact [email protected] indicating:

the malfunction or issue detected
the order number or any useful information to identify the purchase

No return will be accepted by Diffusione Luce s.r.l. without prior authorization from one of our representatives.

3) Installation and warranty validity

The warranty is valid provided that the products are installed in suitable environments and by qualified personnel, in compliance with the product instructions and specifications.

Diffusione Luce s.r.l. shall not be held responsible for damages, anomalies or malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation, improper use or failure to follow the technical instructions provided.

Once your request has been received, one of our representatives will provide the necessary instructions for the proper management of the warranty procedure.

4) Batteries and wear components

The 24-month legal warranty covers possible lack of conformity of the product. However, lamp batteries, including rechargeable batteries when present, are considered components subject to natural wear.

The lifespan, autonomy and performance level of batteries may vary over time depending on several factors, including usage conditions, charging and discharging cycles, storage conditions, inactivity periods and the use of charging systems that are not suitable or not compliant with the product specifications.

For this reason, the gradual deterioration of the battery and phenomena attributable to normal use or normal ageing of the component are not covered by the warranty.

Any visible alterations of the battery or its housing such as swelling, deformation of the casing, oxidation, contact alterations, leaks or signs compatible with overheating may also result from the normal ageing of the component, improper usage conditions or the use of unsuitable chargers.

5) Warranty claim management

Important: please do not contact the manufacturer directly. Diffusione Luce s.r.l. manages the warranty process as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer, ensuring a faster and more organized support process.
