1) Where are Diffusione Luce products shipped from?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Italy.
2) Are the products new, original, and in sealed packaging?
All the products we sell are 100% original, supplied directly by the manufacturer, new, and carefully packed in their original packaging. Some items may come from display stock, which is always clearly stated in the product description.
3) How can I purchase on DiffusioneShop (register or guest checkout)?
You can register during checkout or complete your order as a guest. If you have a Facebook account, you can use your Facebook credentials to log in and finalize your purchase.
4) Can I buy with a VAT number and receive an invoice?
Yes, our e-commerce platform supports both private customers and businesses. Fill in your company details at checkout to receive an invoice in your company name.
5) What payment methods do you accept (cards, PayPal, installments)?
We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, installment payments through PayPal and Scalapay, Cash on Delivery, and in-store payment when picking up your order at our warehouse.
6) What is the warranty period for your products (24 months)?
All products sold on diffusioneshop.com are covered by a 24-month Legal Warranty and by the Manufacturer’s Warranty (according to Legislative Decree 206/2005 – “Consumer Code”). Please keep your invoice and original packaging. To report a defect or malfunction within 2 years, email us at iohana@diffusioneshop.com specifying the issue and your order number.
7) Is it safe to pay by card on your website?
Yes, our payment systems are hosted on secure servers, and all transactions are processed on SSL-encrypted pages.
8) How long does shipping and delivery take?
Orders for in-stock products placed before 12:00 PM are shipped immediately. Italy: 24–48 hours (excluding islands and remote areas). EU: 2–7 business days. Outside EU: 3–10 business days. In case of failed delivery or incorrect address, storage and return fees will be charged to the buyer.
9) Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount. However, additional discounts may apply for bulk purchases.
10) How much does shipping cost within Italy and abroad?
Shipments originate from Italy. Italy: €6.99 (VAT included), free over €150. Carriers: BRT, TNT, GLS, SDA. For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on destination and order size.
11) Are prices inclusive of taxes (VAT)?
Yes, prices include taxes and eco-contributions where applicable. VAT is applied according to EU legislation. For VAT-exempt EU customers, the system automatically recalculates totals. For shipments outside the EU, VAT and customs duties are charged to the recipient.
12) Can I return a product? How does the return process work?
Yes, products ready for delivery can be returned within 30 days from delivery with prior authorization. Only unused items in their original packaging are accepted. To request a return: log into your account → open the order → select the items → click “Generate a return note.” Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of shipping or packaging error.
13) What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us at info@diffusioneshop.com within 3 days of delivery and attach photos or videos. If the package appears visibly damaged, always sign the delivery with “reservation for inspection”.
14) How can I request an electronic invoice?
The invoice is issued when a valid company name, VAT number, and recipient code/PEC are entered during registration. In all other cases, the goods are shipped with a simple receipt.
15) Are products available in real-time stock?
Product availability is shown on each product page and updated in real time. Out-of-stock items can be pre-ordered, and lead times depend on supplier availability.
16) Can I split my order into multiple shipments?
Normally, we ship complete orders once all items are available. However, in special cases or long wait times, we can arrange partial shipments upon request.
17) Can I request a custom quote (large quantities or unavailable items)?
